The title of this film is really evocative, surely in it a lot of messages to be delivered. This film tells of friendship 3 guys who live in a boarding school in a small town in Yogyakarta. The three companions are Huda (Nicholas Syaputra), Shaheed (Yoga Good), and Ryan (Yoga Pratama). They have different family backgrounds, but met the fate to live a religious school. All three have different ideals as well when they graduate from there. The ideals they apparently are not much of a sense of their love of family (father and mother).

Every third year this friend wrote down the ideals and hopes and prays, in an old wall at the back of the boarding school.Huda's mother since childhood deposited in the school's. Along the way he has never met again with his mother. Huda received only a letter from his mother, it was already a year ago. He was eager to meet with mothers who only he can see in a crumpled photograph inside almarinya. Finally, also the fate that brings Huda with Donald (Diane Sastro), an itinerant dangdut singer who became an artist obsessed with the capital. Because Huda did not know of Jakarta, then he asked for help on Donald to find his mother's address. Even then, with the cost of his own money that he Huda tube many years. When receiving the last address and a sense of longing is not restrained, then without permission priest kyai, he went to Jakarta. Finally he found the fact that not as good as expected.

Apparently his mother worked at a night club and her mother had died tragically a year ago. Info he got from his mother's friend (Jajang C. Noor), who also worked in that place. While Shaheed faced with the reality that his father was sick and in need of substantial costs for dialysis father. While in boarding school, the Martyrs also secretly studied the hardline cleric who advocated jihad by Muslims muslin to be a mortar. Shaheed determination very round when he needed the money that does little to her father's treatment. The land they want to buy a foreigner, which he called Jewish kafir, with cheap prices. But it was nevertheless possible. His heart is very doubtful when he heard from his father that there was someone who took all their medications. Then he cancel the intention to be a Mujahid. Poor can not be denied, his father had died in hospital.Others again with Ryan. He was faced with the reality that his father had died a year ago. He wanted to develop more business his father in the field of photography. So then he was rewarded with his mother a handycam. But the bitter truth must be approached again. Her mother came to boarding school with a surprise. An unpleasant surprise for Ryan. His mother brings a man who would marry her.

Ryan seems difficult to accept this fact so that he was determined to join with men (Butet. K) who own a business step on the screen at the night market. From the Handycam is all fate changed. Because Shaheed use this camera to record himself, like a suicide bomber who take leave, the three of them and Romo should Kyai police arrested for allegedly became followers of hardline Islam and allied with terrorists. Some years they languished in prison. Until finally released, in addition to Shaheed. After Romo Kyai died, eventually marrying the girl Huda Kyai. This Moment 3 people made this friend to berreuni back. Donald back into dangdut artist around, Ryan being the boss of photography, Huda become Kyai, and Shaheed back into the village.Actually this is the core story. But this movie is too long-winded, much repetition of scenes, the dialogue is too trivial, and too much indulgence in the tradition of boarding schools that had been publicly known. For the first 30 minutes of this film is enough to attract the attention of the audience, mainly from the sense of humor. But for the next to finish this movie too forced and extends from the main flow. So the message was not wearing in the audience. Even for some of the flow tends to be forced to be connected. It is unfortunate, as good as this movie with the theme of good and not constrained by the maximum.
